Good morning to all,

I would like to add this is subject. Paul said that if he forgave any , he forgave "in the person of Jesus Christ", not by his own strength but by the strength of the Lord. It was a "supernatural happening", that gave glory to God and release to the one that allowed God to forgive through him. It also leave the ball in the other persons court to receive forgiveness and be released from guilt. God is so awesome; He leaves no room for unforgiveness to be in a person's heart accept by that person's choice. Wow! this is good stuff.

Very encouraging because I deal the sin of unforgiveness quite often though I have made great progress I have a sister who is the epitome of evil and every time she gets the oppportunity to attack me verbally she does and I continue to forgive her because I know my relationship with God is more important than walking around hating her. I've even decided to just avoid being around her but I think this would cause dissension in the family but my flesh is getting tired of forgiving her. I also had a recent incident where my ex-husband resurfaced after 12 years and called and apologized for all the past hurts and I thought I had gotten over all that but I guess I had just buried it but after a Wednesday night bible class taught by Pastor Rhodus I was able to call him and tell him I accepted his apology and truly forgave him. So I know know through prayer God can heal the hurt and pain and dig up all the roots and you can be delivered from unforgiveness I'm a living witness and when it tries to resurface and immediately tell my mind it's in the past and that I've moved on , so you truly must renew your mind to overcome unforgiveness.

Wow! What a subject and oh how true it is. Unforgiveness is something that needs to be dealt with in every child of God's life if we want to be saved. Because we are imperfect human beings, every family is dysfunctional and therefore everyone has hurts, pain and great disappointment of some sort. The scriptures you used Sis Rhodus are excellent and can’t be refuted. I can't wait for the next part. I will share this with many.

Now that's good word. I like this challenge, because I really need it. Romans 10:17 so then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. No word, no faith. Hosea 4:6 my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
Proverbs 29:18 where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.
I agree that it is not always easy to look into the perfect law of liberty, when we see so many imperfections in ourselves, but that is the only way to make a change or to be changed. Our deeds must not be so evil that we would not want to come to the light. The truth that is in God’s word is what sanctifies us. The truth of the matter is; Jesus: the Way the Truth and the Life. I will take on this challenge Sis Rhodus. I want to be more like Him everyday.
